How to book:
- 2 weeks are opened at a time
- booking opening date and time can be found in IG bio and captions
- Appointments are secured with a $50 non-refundable deposit
- If you don’t see a style you desire listed you may reach out via text 3474504101
- Reach out via text for any inquires
Hair Prep:
Hair should be freshly washed, blown out/stretched out, detangled, and product free. You can bring your own oil or ask for oil to be applied to your scalp at the end of service.
Media:
Pictures and videos will be taken and posted on Pretti Palace social media platforms. If you wish to opt out of media exposure please state so in advance.
Late Policy:
A $20 late fee will be added to the balance for clients more than 10 minutes late. More than 20 minutes late will result an appointment cancellation.
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your appointment 3 days in advance through the link in your email if there is another slot available.
Cancellation:
We understand things happen. If you have to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
